A year of Plus for one card: up to 5 emergency contacts, BP and sugar readings, insurance and work details, a map link to your home, where the card was scanned (if the person allows it) and print-ready copies of the card and stickers with its own QR code. Pets Plus adds the vet, vaccines, medicine and feeding notes and the microchip. If you don't renew, the card goes back to Free and nothing is deleted.

Payments aren't refundable, except where the law in your country says otherwise, so check your card before you pay.

Yes, all of them: the name, photo, blood group, emergency contacts and everything else stay editable after you pay. Your card's QR code never changes, so scanning it always shows your latest details.

You can switch a card off at any time from the Cards tab: anyone who scans it then sees that it's switched off, and you can switch it back on with one tap. Cards are deleted by our team: tap Delete on the card to ask, and we'll email you once it's done. Deleting is permanent, and whatever you paid for the card ends with it.

In the app, go to Profile and tap Delete My Account, or email support@mysafecard.in from your account's email address. We delete your account and all its cards and confirm by email within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). Payments aren't refunded.

With Plus you get print-ready copies of your card and stickers, each with your card's own QR code, to print at home or at any print shop. On Free you can print your card's QR code and keep it in your wallet, on your phone or on your helmet.

Your card shows 999, 998 and 997. MySafeCard never replaces emergency services: in an emergency, call 999 first.

No. Any phone camera opens your card in the browser by scanning its QR code — no app, login or download.

Your card opens in English, and whoever is helping you can switch it to Arabic, or any of 15 other languages, including Urdu, Hindi and Malayalam, with one tap.

Your card needs no battery and no app. The responder's phone needs an internet connection to open your card page, the same as opening any website. If your own phone is dead, that's fine: your card is read with their phone, not yours.

Your card lives in your MySafeCard account, not on one device. Sign in from any phone or computer to see it and print its QR code again. If you're worried someone has a copy, you can switch the card off from the app at any time.

Yes. Your QR code opens anywhere with an internet connection. Your card shows the UAE's emergency numbers, so when you're abroad, call the local emergency number there.

Yes. One account can hold cards for your partner, children or parents, each with its own QR code and emergency contacts. Each card has its own plan.

Yes. Choose A pet when you add a card, then add their photo, species, breed, microchip number, vet and your phone numbers. If your pet goes missing, switch on Lost mode: whoever scans the tag sees a big "I'm lost" banner, your message and your numbers. Pets Plus adds the vet, vaccines, medicine notes and microchip.

Anyone you trust with a United Arab Emirates phone number (+971). Each contact gets a link to confirm they agree to be your emergency contact; you send it to them yourself, by message or email, from the app.

Only what you put on your card is shown, and only to someone who scans its QR code or opens its link. You choose what goes on it, and you can change it or switch the card off at any time, or ask us to delete it.

No. It shows what you enter about yourself, so responders can act quickly; nobody checks it medically. Keep it up to date, and always call emergency services first.

No. Your card is stored securely on servers outside the UAE. Before your card is saved, we ask for your clear consent to that, and you can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete your card.
