Why It Matters

Some emergencies look like something else

Low blood sugar can look like drunkenness or confusion. A seizure can be mistaken for something else entirely. Someone on blood thinners needs different care after a fall. A responder who knows your condition can act on it instead of guessing.

A diabetic emergency card or heart patient card gives that information to whoever reaches you first: a colleague, a neighbour, a stranger on the street or the ambulance crew.

What It Shows

Conditions, medicines and recent readings

Add your medical conditions and the medicines you take, your known allergies, and your latest BP and blood sugar readings (fasting or post-meal, morning or evening). Add your blood group and your health insurance too.

You can update readings and medicines from the app whenever they change. The card in your wallet always opens the latest version.

Who It's For

For anyone with a long-term condition

Type 1 and type 2 diabetes, insulin users, high or low blood pressure, heart disease, people who have had a stent or bypass, epilepsy, asthma, kidney disease, and severe allergies to food, insects or medicines. If a responder should know it, it belongs on your card.

Caring for a parent with these conditions? Create their card from your own account and list yourself as the contact. See medical ID cards for parents and cards for senior citizens.

Better Than A Bracelet

More than an engraved tag can hold

A medical alert bracelet fits a few words, like "Diabetic" or "Allergic to penicillin". MySafeCard holds your full list of conditions, medicines, readings and contacts behind one tap or scan, and you can change it at any time.
