What to put on your dog's tag

  • Your dog's name and a clear photo
  • Breed, sex, age and colour
  • Temperament: friendly, nervous, don't chase
  • Allergies, conditions and medicines
  • Microchip number and registry
  • Your vet: clinic and phone
  • Two or more phone numbers to call

More than an engraved tag

An engraved tag fits a name and one number. A QR tag holds your dog's photo, up to 5 contacts, their vet, microchip number, allergies and medicines.

Lost mode in one tap

If your dog goes missing, switch on Lost mode: anyone who scans the tag sees a big "I'm lost" banner and your message, like "Reward, call me any time".

You get an alert

Every scan sends you a notification. With Plus, if the finder allows it, you also see where your dog was scanned.

FAQ

Questions, answered

The tag carries a QR code linked to your dog's page. Anyone who finds your dog points their phone camera at it and your dog's page opens in the browser: name, photo, your phone numbers and anything else you added. No app or login is needed.
They work together. A microchip needs a vet or shelter with a scanner; a QR tag can be read by anyone with a phone, right where your dog is found. Add the microchip number to the tag so a vet can match them.
Change it in the app and the tag shows the new number straight away. The QR code never changes, so you don't need a new tag.
No. Any phone camera opens the page, iPhone or Android.
Yes. Add a card for each pet in one account. Each one gets its own QR code and its own Lost mode.
